Hipac S.p.A., sensitive to the need to ensure conditions of correctness and transparency in the conduct of its business and economic activities, to protect its image and position, the expectations of its Shareholders and the work of its Employees, has deemed it compliant with its company policies to adopt an Organisation, Management and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. 231/01.

This initiative, which follows the issuance of the Code of Ethics, was taken in the conviction that the adoption of the Organisational Model, beyond the provisions of the Decree, which indicate the Model itself as optional and not compulsory, may constitute a valid instrument for raising the awareness of all those who operate in the name and on behalf of Hipac S.p.A., so that they follow, in the performance of their activities, correct, linear and transparent conduct, such as to prevent the risk of commission of offences and illegalities.
