ALUMINIUM PROFILES

This sector includes all types of profiles made of aluminium and other metals in a wide variety of shapes.

Critical points

The film must be able to withstand the very high winding speeds that characterise this sector.
The film must not damage the product being wrapped, which in some cases may still be hot.
The profiles are usually stacked on pallets and then unstacked one by one: the film must not break during this last operation.

HIPAC solutions

The premium film recommended for this type of application is 333 rigid power, in thicknesses from 9 to 17 µm.
The film is available in slippery or extra slippery version to prevent the film from tearing when the profiles are pulled apart.
